The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation is a regional economic forum established in 1989 to leverage the region's growing interdependence. Segal Communications supported media relations for APEC 2023 in San Francisco, facilitating accreditation for 2,000+ journalists and managing press inquiries. The team conducted media outreach, produced 17 newsletters with a 45% open rate, and developed an informational deck for newsroom tours. Segal also supported 1,500+ media stories and provided on-site staffing for APEC Leader’s Week and the CEO Summit.
