Playa Cativo Lodge in Costa Roca is a luxury resort in the heart of the Osa Peninsula. Playa sought the assistance of Segal Communications to build brand awareness in a very targeted list of desired publications. Segal worked with the local team to develop messaging, materials, story angles, and hooks that best reflected the resort's unique attributes, such as the “Whale Guarantee,” which offered complimentary nights to guests who didn’t see a whale during their stay.
